Those fire effects could've looked better like adding some smooth smudging & glow like effects around it for instance, plus his left foot on the left half of the picture needs to be position properly.

This is like, what if, the Ducktales remake uses 16 or 32 bit sprite work instead of 2D hand drawn models in a 3D environment?
The way you drew Scaler could use some improvements like the hands, legs, neck, body, & back spikes for instance, plus you forgot to put spikes on his arms.
An alignment, line, & curve tool will probably help you out.
My older drawings haven't held up as well, digital work especially looked much sloppier. The suggestion with using cleaner line tools has already been taken into consideration last year BTW. Thanks for the criticism though.

About the drawing, have you ever used curve, circle, & line tools? Try using those said tools if you're struggling to make perfect straight lines, perfect round corners, & perfect circles freehanded.
Also, you forgot to add some vintage TV related filters (I.E. scanlines, video degrading, etc.) to give it a true authentic 80s Anime experience. (I recommend using Gimp cause it has a lot of filters & it's arguably easier to use, once you understand how to use them.)
He's from Disney's Party (GameCube version). His first & only appearance.
Correct
ToeJam's limbs could've been a bit thinner, while his eye balls could've been a bit bigger.
Have you ever use an alignment tool? Try using that to make sure some parts like the legs are perfectly aligned.
Thanks for the criticism man. I felt like I should have made the limbs a bit thinner, The eyes were also somewhat of a challenge to get right so it looks natural on the cap. I also never noticed how wonky the legs are
