Some improvements I can think of are using the blur tool or filter to make the edges less pixelated & use the clone tool to edit out some clay parts.

I'm assuming Sonic the Sketchhog was your inspiration?
Some errors I notice like one of Sonic's shoes is using Tails' shoes, somethings aren't colored in properly, the X eyes in the last frame is off centered, etc.
I recommend using the line, curve, & paint bucket tools, they'll help you out with ease & don't forget to color the corners after using the paint bucket tool.
Thank You For The Review I Will Remaster And Change The Inaccuracys!

No, but thanks anyway.
That's some good CRT filters. What kind of art program did you use to make this?
Thank you! I modeled and textured the case in Blender then composited the loop in After Effects.
The animation reminded me of Back to the Groove.
Is ToeJam's middle leg, left footed or right footed?
I mean, according to this short, it's no-footed. The shoe. though? Looks closer to left-footed.
